Terms of Service
The short version: it's a private library of our customer demos. Keep your account safe, show demos by sharing your screen, and keep lab logins out of the slides.
1. Accepting these terms
By signing in you agree to these terms. Team Demos is run by privatekeys OÜ as a private service for the team invited to it. An admin approves every account.
2. What the service is
A library of customer demo presentations with links to lab environments. It doesn't operate the labs, and a demo may describe a lab as it was when the demo was written.
3. Your account
- One account per person. Keep your password and two-factor sign-in to yourself.
- Admins must use two-factor sign-in.
- If you think someone else has access to your account, change your password and tell an admin.
4. Confidentiality
- Demos and lab details are for the team. Show them to customers by sharing your screen; don't send them copies or logins.
- Lab passwords never go into a demo. Demos only say who to ask or where the login is kept.
5. Third-party services
The service runs on Vercel (hosting and cookieless analytics), Neon (database) and Resend (email).
6. Acceptable use
Don't try to get around sign-in or permissions, probe or overload the service, scrape it, or send spam through the contact form. Admins may turn off accounts that do.
7. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including uptime.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, privatekeys OÜ isn't liable for losses from using the service, such as a demo step that no longer matches its lab. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as allowed.
9. Ending access
Admins can turn off your access at any time. To have your account deleted, ask through the contact form.
10. Changes to the service and these terms
Features and these terms may change. When the terms change, the date above changes and the changelog says so. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. If any part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
12. Contact
Questions go to the admins through the contact form.
